Gisele Bündchen is making her bundle of joy Instagram official.
The Brazilian model, who recently welcomed her first child — and third overall — with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, shared a photo of herself and the newborn on social media. The baby, whose name was not disclosed, was seen wearing an adorable onesie that read, “I ❤️ Mom.”
The 44-year-old supermodel hadn’t spoken about the pregnancy publicly until this point.
“I’ve been quiet over here but very busy living life … Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren’t shared — they’re simply lived,” Bündchen wrote in English and Portuguese. “Lately, I’ve been embracing the slower rhythms, the real connections, the beauty in the lessons that come with being present.”

Bündchen lost her own mother, Vânia Nonnenmacher, in January 2024 after a cancer battle. She was 75. The model included a photo of her, writing that despite the bittersweet day, she is filled with so much love.
“Today, on Mother’s Day, I specially (sic) miss my mom, but my heart is full,” she continued. “Being a mother, it’s been my greatest gift: a journey that humbles me, teaches me, and fills me with gratitude every single day. To all the mothers out there, your love shapes the world in ways words can’t describe.”
Bündchen also posted a group embrace with the new baby, as well as son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 12, with ex-husband Tom Brady.
Brady and Bündchen announced the end of their 13-year marriage in 2022. As he has done in years past, the ex-NFL star recognized his exes – Bündchen and actress Bridget Moynahan – as well as his own mother on Mother’s Day. “Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms I’m so lucky to have in my life,” he wrote in an Instagram story.
