Gisele Bündchen is one proud mama to all three of her kids, including her newborn with boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
“I’ve been quiet over here but very busy living life. Sometimes, the most beautiful moments aren’t shared — they’re simply lived,” Bündchen, 44, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, May 11. “Lately, I’ve been embracing the slower rhythms, the real connections, the beauty in the lessons that come with being present.”
She added, “Today, on Mother’s Day, I especially miss my mom, but my heart is full. Being a mother it’s been my greatest gift, a journey that humbles me, teaches me, and fills me with gratitude every single day. To all the mothers out there, your love shapes the world in ways words can’t describe. I see you, I honor you.”
Bündchen shared a handful of pics of her family, including the first image of her baby, who was born in February. The little one, whose name and sex have not been publicly shared, rocked an “I [Heart] Mom” onesie.

Reports surfaced in October 2024 that the model and the jiu-jitsu instructor were expecting their first baby together. The impending arrival will join her 14-year-old son, Benjamin, and her 11-year-old daughter, Vivian, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady. (Bündchen and Brady, 47, divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Brady is also the father of 17-year-old son Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.)
A source exclusively told Us Weekly in October that Bündchen is “head over heels” for Valente, emphasizing that her “friends haven’t seen her like this before.”

“Their chemistry together has always been there, and they have a lot in common,” the source said. “They’ve been in love for a while.”
As for Bündchen’s kids, they “really like him,” the source noted, adding that Valente had been “living at [Bündchen’s] house in Miami for a while.”
An insider also assured Us that Bündchen and Valente — who have been dating since the summer of 2023 — are in a good place leading up to the birth.

“Gisele and Joaquim have been living together for over a year now, and expanding their family is something they’re very excited about,” the insider revealed. “Once the divorce was finalized, they moved in together very quickly and have been linked at the hip ever since.”
The insider added, “Gisele is so excited to be a mom again.”
A separate source revealed at the time that Bündchen informed Brady of her pregnancy before the news became public.
“When Gisele told the kids about her pregnancy, she made sure to let Tom know as well,” the source told Us. “This happened a few months ago. She wanted to give him that courtesy and knew the kids would tell him either way.”

Brady was “shocked” by the development but “ultimately happy” for Bündchen, according to the source.
“It was hard to digest at first,” the source said. “He knows Gisele is a great mom and was destined to be a mom.”
While Bündchen has kept her romance with Valente relatively private, she previously opened up about their connection in a March New York Times profile.
“This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first,” she shared. “It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent.”
