Make sure your passports are updated, because reality TV’s newest stop is Destination X! Based on the hit Belgian series, the American version puts a group of players in a blind bus traveling across Europe for the “ultimate geo-guessing contest.” Their goal: Make it to the end of this wild Eurotrip by figuring out where the “X” they are. And Parade has an exclusive look at the cast of Destination X, as they introduce themselves to us – though a few familiar faces may not need to.

According to NBC, “In each episode, the players disembark the bus to visit unique and unfamiliar tourist attractions that have been gamified into experiential challenges. They will need to rely on their knowledge of pop culture, history, geography and observational skills to win clues to their current location and earn an all-important advantage. Contestants must tap into their own personal expertise, identify hidden clues that are disguised as artifacts and discern intentional misdirects from competitors to ultimately determine their whereabouts.”
“Destination X has already captivated audiences around the world, and now we’re bringing a fresh, uniquely NBC twist to it — led by the endlessly charismatic Jeffrey Dean Morgan,” said Sharon Vuong, newly minted Executive Vice President, Unscripted Programming, NBC, via press release. “This series is the ultimate high-stakes guessing game, inviting viewers to embark on a thrilling journey across Europe’s most iconic landscapes and landmarks, all while playing along with our adventurous, dynamic cast.”

As seems to be tradition with any new reality series in the NBCUniversal umbrella, including The Traitors, Deal or No Deal Island and The Anonymous, the cast of Destination X has a mix of both reality TV newbies and well-worn alumni. Among the veterans are former Bachelor and The Traitors Season 2 standout Peter Weber, Big Brother 19 winner and The Challenge mainstay Josh Martinez and Love Island finalist JaNa Craig. Will their previous experience give them an advantage over the competition? Or will one of the newbies successfully put their travel and pop culture skills to the test to take home the $250,000 prize.
