General Hospital has suffered another loss. Beloved star Tristan Rogers has died at the age of 79.
Rogers played Robert Scorpio on the ABC soap for 45 years and was beloved by fans. His death comes a month after he revealed he had been battling cancer and made his last appearance on the show.

Social media has been on fire since Rogers’ death was announced. Sopa fans are mourning and honoring a man they adored for decades.
One fan on X reshared Robert’s last scene with one of his great loves, Anna (Finola Hughes). “I’m glad we had this adventure together.” Rest in Peace to #GH’s forever leading man, Tristan Rogers,” read the caption on the X.

General Hospital Fans Remember Tristan Rogers and Leslie Charleson
Fans are still reeling from the loss of Leslie Charleson (Monica), who died in January. General Hospitalhas not addressed Charleson’s death, and now Rogers’ death will follow. That did not go unnoticed by one fan on X.
“We haven’t even started the Monica passing storyline yet after Leslie passed and even though it’s most likely already filmed it really sucks that they have to go through this again with Robert Scorpio 💔 #GH,” declared the fan.
