Restaurant owner Guy Fieri made a surprise cameo appearance in Happy Gilmore 2 and he’s grateful to have been giving the opportunity to appear in the film.
“So AWESOME to be included in HAPPY GILMORE 2. Big thanks to @adamsandler for havin’ me, and for lettin’ me bring my own wardrobe and tequila,” Fieri captioned an Instagram post on July 28.

The comments section of the post quickly filled with fans who loved seeing Fieri in the movie.
“Legendary! Was hyped when I saw you!!!” one comment read.
“It was SUCH a trip seeing you in it! Great flick,” someone else said.

In Happy Gilmore 2, Fieri played the role of a character named Maxi Starter. He wasn’t on screen for longer than a couple of minutes, but fans loved the cameo nevertheless.
Though Fieri tends to stick with cooking-related shows, like Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, he has a few movie credits to his name, per IMDb. In recent years, Fieri appeared in 80 For Brady.
Other stars who made cameo appearances in the film include Alix Earle, Ken Jennings, Bobby Lee and Oliver Hudson.
