Ryan Seacrest enjoyed some fun in the sun over the weekend and made sure to wear extra sunscreen on his face while doing so. The Wheel of Fortune host took to Instagram to share a selfie, putting his toned upper body on display.
“Summer’s still shining. This is your PSA to wear plenty of sunscreen,” Seacrest, 50, captioned the snap.

It didn’t take long for fans to comment on the post, many swooning over the photo and letting Seacrest know that he looks great.
“WOW HOT HOT HOT,” one person wrote.
“@ryanseacrest you should compete in a physique competition! Body is [fire],” someone else said.
“You’re looking real good,” a third comment read.
“You’re just so cute Ryan!!” a fourth Instagram user added.
Seacrest has been dedicated to a diet and exercise program that is keeping him feeling good at his age.
“I’m doing everything I can to make myself feel like I’m not 50,” he said on Entertainment Tonight in October 2024. “I’m over-exercising, eating better, over-training. Lots of recovery. Lots of muscle recovery. Cold plunging, steaming. Anything I can do to make myself feel 29 again,” he continued.
Earlier this month, Seacrest showed off one of the more interesting workouts he was doing to stay fit.

“My summer resistance training — the sea resists me and it’s winning. Thanks to my coach @doddromero for your creativity and commitment,” he captioned an Instagram post. In the accompanying media, Seacrest was doing a vigorous workout routine with a set of dumbbells while in the water.
Seacrest’s workout look consisted of a pair of cheetah-print swim trunks and a pair of black goggles.
