Emma Stone’s home in Texas is on the market.
The newly restored West Austin estate, which the actress shares with husband Dave McCary, has been listed for $26.5 million, per a release from Moreland Properties/Forbes Global Properties. The property in Tarrytown has been updated to offer “everything a modern home owner could ask for,” the release states.

The residence is situated on an “oak-shaded street,” and half a mile from Walsh Boat Landing and Lady Bird Lake. The property sits on 1.24 acres, and features a four-bedroom house, a two-bedroom guest house and a garage “with a screening room and entertaining space above,” per the release.
The main house has five full baths and two half baths, as well as five living rooms and two dining rooms. The privately gated property — amounting to 10,003 square feet — also features a pool and hot tub.
Architecture firm Cuppett Kilpatrick is facilitating renovations, which are set to be completed this summer. The main house features Georgia-style masonry, and the expansive grounds are reminiscent of a country estate — featuring gardens, water elements and broad lawn space.

Crafted by Koch McIntyre, the interior exhibits a “respect for tradition” with elements like herringbone oak, brick floors, a marble fireplace and counters, arched doorways and leaded-glass windows. There’s ample space for entertaining in the dining and living rooms, as well as a solarium, library, playroom and screening room and bar.
