We can never have too much of Emily Ratajkowski and Lena Dunham.

Fresh off the release of Netflix’s Too Much, the duo is reuniting, this time for an untitled A24 series for Apple TV+, according to Deadline. Ratajkowski and Dunham will join forces with author Stephanie Danler, whose best-selling debut novel, Sweetbitter, was previously adapted into a drama series by Starz.

Dunham most recently co-created the romcom series Too Much, which follows Jess (Meg Stalter), a New Yorker who moves to London in the wake of a devastating breakup. Ratajkowski played a supporting role on the show as Wendy Jones, an influencer and Jess’s ex-boyfriend’s new fiancée.

We break down everything we know so far about the new A24 series below.

EmRata will star in the series.

In addition to having a starring role in the series, Ratajkowski will serve as an executive producer and screenwriter. The project will mark her screenwriting debut following the success of her best-selling 2021 memoir My Body. Danler and Dunham will also serve as executive producers, per Deadline.

The project will explore different facets of womanhood.

Though not many details are yet known about the series, the show will reportedly focus on “female identity and modern motherhood.” Ratajkowski, Dunham, and Danler have all previously explored those concepts in their previous works. Ratajkowski’s debut book, My Body, examined her relationship to her own body in conjunction with societal, industry, and patriarchial expectations of female sexuality. Dunham has made feminism a hallmark of her career, portraying the complexities of the contemporary feminist movement in her HBO show Girls and her 2014 memoir Not That Kind of Girl. Danler wrote a female coming-of-age story with Sweetbitter and delved deep into family dysfunction and generational trauma in her 2020 memoir Stray.
