Content de te revoir, Emily! Lily Collins is back on set filming the fifth season of her hit Netflix series, Emily in Paris, and from the look of things, her character’s style is going to be just as statement-making as ever.
On Monday, Collins was spotted not in an arrondissement, but on the streets of Venice, Italy, where the show is set to film for the next two weeks. It may be the dead of summer, but the actor’s fit felt much more spring-inspired, thanks to the bright butter yellow, loud florals, and layering more suited to transitional weather.
Despite being abroad, Emily still brought a bit of France to the Italian city with a black-and-white striped top (très French), which she layered under a patterned bomber jacket. Her jacket featured a pattern of gray and yellow geometric shapes, along with a black collar and sleeves, as well as some ribbing along the bottom.
To complete the look, Collins wore some high-waisted shorts in white with tassels decorating the sides, and she added another bright pattern thanks to a set of knee-high Max Mara boots that were covered in white flowers and featured chunky silver heels. In her hand, she also touted a small leather shoulder bag from Saint Laurent.
That same day, Collins was seen filming a different scene, where she wore another look that was heavy on the florals and the patterns. (I’m sensing a theme.)
Season four of Emily in Paris premiered in two parts, with five episodes coming out in August 2024, followed by another five in September. As of right now, there is no official release date for season five, but at least we’ll have some behind-the-scenes shots to feast on in the meantime.
