Elizabeth Hurley said that she is “very happy” with new love Billy Ray Cyrus

Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus are in romantic bliss.
The actress, 59, shared how she and the country star, 63, are doing while speaking to European news outlet RTL TV at the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s 2025 Hot Pink Party on Tuesday, May 13.
She revealed that they will be physically apart thanks to their long-distance relationship, but have plans to reunite soon.
“I have to go back to England tomorrow, but Billy will come to England soon.”
Asked what they have in common, Hurley said, “We are very happy, we both love country music, we both love the country, and we both love our kids. We’re happy together.”
The actress, a longtime advocate for breast cancer awareness, told RTL TV of the cause, “Everything we do to raise money for research is vital work. We’ve been doing it for 30 years and we’re going to keep doing it.”
Cyrus first sparked romance rumors with Hurley after the couple shared a photo of them kissing on Instagram in April, when they celebrated Easter together in the country singer’s native Tennessee. In the snap, Cyrus wore green bunny ears to celebrate the holiday, along with an oversized denim shirt and striped pants. Hurley wore a fitted flannel with jeans and a straw cowgirl hat.

PEOPLE previously obtained an exclusive excerpt from Cyrus’ interview on Apple Music Country’s The Ty Bentli Show in April, where he went into further detail on how they met and began their relationship.
The Grammy winner recalled meeting Hurley while filming 2022’s Christmas in Paradise movie on the Caribbean island of Nevis, not long after he separated from ex-wife Tish Cyrus in April 2022.
“We did very few scenes together but the couple times we were in the same scene there was a chemistry there,” he said of Hurley. “We just laughed, and it was at a time I wasn’t laughing a lot.”

Cyrus later recounted that they did not speak for two years following their on-set time together, and he was experiencing a difficult time in his life when Hurley reached out to him. At the time, he “didn’t even know the number” of the person who sent him a text along the lines of, ” ‘Hey, it looks like life might be a little bit tough and just wanted you to know I’m in your corner; you’ve got a friend in your corner.’ “
A source told PEOPLE exclusively in April that Hurley was enjoying spending time with Cyrus in Tennessee. “They are very different, but give off a great vibe together. She’s great for him. He’s been incredibly cheerful,” the source said at the time.
