Lindsay Arnold of Dancing with the Stars knows how to power through a wardrobe malfunction, especially when it’s on live television.

The dance pro was scheduled to go live on HSN in support of Volition Beauty on July 17 and experienced a minor inconvenience that required her to change her clothing.

“Little did she know she would start her [period] in these white pants 15 min before going on live television,” Arnold wrote in a video of her showing off an all-white outfit, which consisted of a strapless white top and matching pair of pants, on TikTok.

Arnold took the wardrobe malfunction in stride and joked about the mishap in the caption of her post. “Miss flow really said ‘nice try,’” she added with a series of funny hashtags that included, “#OutfitCheck #AllWhite #GirlyThings #GirlStuff #JustGirlyThings #MomsofTikTok #MomLife #GirlLIfe #Woman.”

The former Dancing with the Stars cast member ultimately powered through the unfortunate incident and answered questions about how she continued her day unfazed by the wardrobe malfunction.

“But what did you do?!?!” one fan in the comments section of her TikTok post wrote, to which Arnold replied, “Luckily I had brought my suitcase with me so I just changed haha.”

Some fans also chimed in the comments section with period mishaps of their own. One TikTok user told Arnold that she got her “period the morning of my high school graduation.” Like Arnold, she also wore white and added, “I had a white dress. I wore a diaper.” The DWTS alum replied, “OMG!!!”

Arnold isn’t the only celebrity in recent weeks who had a wardrobe malfunction after getting their period at an event. Brooks Nader attended day five of the Wimbledon Championships in a white midi skirt on July 4 and revealed that she got her period unexpectedly in a candid TikTok video.

In the TikTok video, Nader said she tried “to be chic” with her outfit of the day — which also consisted of a black polka-dot top, sunglasses and blown-out hair — but instead she got her “🩸[period] at Wimbledon.”

“Of course 🎾,” the model captioned the post.

Following the incident, Nader revealed that she partnered with U By Kotex and wore an all-white satin gown to the ESPYs, with help from the brand.
