Fan-favorite comedian Matt Rife is reaping the rewards of his hard work after pulling off an impressive milestone.

Best known for his Netflix stand-up comedy specials Natural Selection and Lucid: A Crowd Work Special, the 29-year-old embarked on his biggest tour yet.

The series of shows titled the Stay Golden Tour took place at the iconic Madison Square Garden on July 18 and 19.

Marking the special moment, Rife shared a heartfelt post on his Instagram, expressing his deep gratitude to the fans and supporters who watched his “sold-out shows.”

Along with the photos showing the highlights during the tour, the comedian called the experience a “dream come true.”

“TWO SOLD-OUT SHOWS at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN! New York City, I can’t even begin to thank you enough for this dream come true. It doesn’t really get much bigger than this for a comedian, so to accomplish this feat as the youngest comedian to ever do it feels so surreal, and I’m so beyond thankful! I’ve literally performed at shows in the city for 2 people…so this is truly amazing!” he wrote.

Moreover, Rife also made a special mention of the “Beautiful Soul” hitmaker Jesse McCartney, whom he described as “one of the coolest, nicest, most talented people” he has ever met, who performed on the first night.

“Wow… we really did it. I hope I get to do it for the rest of my life,” he added.

The comment section was flooded with congratulatory messages from fans and fellow celebrities.

“Epic night, brotha. So happy for you!” McCartney wrote.

Fellow comedian and actress Leah Lamarr cheered and said, “GOOO MATTTT!!!”

“Congratulations, brother!!!” Magician and comedian Murray SawChuck commented.

Meanwhile, a fan shared her excitement after seeing the show and noted, “Love love love! Can’t believe I saw you live. Come back again!!!”

While some called it an “epic” show, others posted touching words like: “As one of the kindest humans alive, @mattrife, you deserve every win that comes your way. So proud of you & those around you that make it possible. Love you 4Life.”

Followers who watched the show are still raving about the fun performance.

“Amazing show!! I had a great time. Thanks for an awesome, hysterical night!!” a commenter said.

A different user agreed and noted, “You killed it @mattrife! It was so cool to see your dream come true!”

Following his sold-out show at MSG, Rife will return for the continuation of his Stay Golden Tour in Ohio, followed by shows in Oregon and Washington in August and Kansas City in September.
