Chrissy Teigen is explaining why her little one is wearing a boot.
The model and cookbook author, 39, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram on Thursday, May 1, which included a video of her 22-month-old son Wren wearing blue shorts and a matching blue sweatshirt.
The little one could be seen bending down, wearing a small black boot on his leg. In her comments, the mom of four clarified why her son was wearing the boot.
“Wren is a-ok, just a little boot because he is is having trouble putting all his weight on this leg!” Teigen said. “Not a terrible break thank the lord! They heal so fast right now 🤍🥰.”

Teigen shares her four kids — Luna, 9, Miles, 6, Esti, 2, and Wren — with husband John Legend, 46.
Back in February, Teigen made a hilarious blunder, sharing a screenshot of a message she sent to her husband Legend. In the text, Teigen asked the “All of Me” singer the age of their son, Miles. “Genuinely don’t know,” she wrote, before adding, “I think 6.”
In response, Legend confirmed her guess, with “Haha 6.” Teigen then responded, “Ok for some reason I started doubting myself and was like oh s— he might be 7.”
Teigen joked about the funny moment on her Instagram Story, writing, “Too many kids.”
Teigen and Legend each celebrated their daughter Luna’s birthday on April 14 with sweet Instagram posts.
“Our firstborn baby is old enough to bake and decorate her own cake now 😭 Happy 9th birthday to our sweet Luna!” the “Always Come Back” singer captioned a photo of the 9-year-old birthday girl proudly posing in front of her chocolate cake.
In the post, Luna leaned on the kitchen counter, grinning with her beautifully decorated cake on display in front of her.
In her Instagram carousel, Teigen called Luna “the best thing I’ve ever made,” and kisses the birthday girl on the cheek in the first photo.
In other photos, Luna could be seen wearing a chef’s jacket, taking after her mother. The commemorative collage of photos also featured Luna’s love for Disney princesses. She could be seen dressed up in a variety of princess-themed gowns, including Aurora, Bell and Jasmine.
“Luna tuna is NINE today 😭😭😭 I can’t say anymore, I’ll cry ok bye!!” the model continued in her post.
