Rhea Pearlman was out and about this week while making a rare red carpet appearance.
On Wednesday, April 30, the Cheers alum stepped out in Beverly Hills, Calif., to attend the Alliance For Children’s Rights 33rd Annual Champions For Children Gala along with her husband, Danny DeVito, from whom she has been separated since 2018.

Pearlman, 77, is known for playing the waitress Carla Tortelli in the hit NBC sitcom, which ran for 11 seasons between 1982 and 1993. She starred alongside several other notable cast members, including Ted Danson (Sam Malone), Shelley Long (Diane Chambers), Woody Harrelson (Woody Boyd), George Wendt (Norm Peterson), Kirstie Alley (Rebecca Howe) and more.
On Wednesday evening, Pearlman showed up to the event in an all-black ensemble, sporting black pants, a peplum shirt and a sleek leather jacket. She also accessorized with a simple gold chain necklace.
For his part, DeVito was dressed in a classic black suit with a beige ribbed collared shirt underneath. The 80-year-old actor was all smiles while posing next to Pearlman, even though they have been separated for several years.
In May 2023, Pearlman confirmed that she and DeVito are still legally married and remain “very good friends” for the sake of their family.
