Although she wears a wig to portray Morticia Addams in Netflix’s top show Wednesday, Catherine Zeta-Jones’ own raven hair is long, healthy and gorgeous.
The actress, 55, has kept her naturally curly hair long for decades, but has regular trims every 6 to 8 weeks “just to keep the ends clean,” she told Glamour.
Sometimes when I get a haircut, my hair [reacts] and it’s like, “Whoa, you cut too much off!”
Over the years, she’s tried some strange hair trends, including a beer rinse and using honey as conditioner, she told World Day.

But her favorite hair product is a little more mainstream. “My hair is dry and actually quite fine, but there’s lots of it, so I use Oribe Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil on the ends,” she told Glamour.
For the above Wednesday premiere red carpet, hairstylist Maranda Widlund gave Zeta-Jones relaxed waves to frame her face and give a little more softness than Morticia’s severe look.

You can use the oil on damp or dry hair, or use as a mask by covering the hair and letting it sit for ten minutes or longer and then shampoo.
Zeta-Jones also says she tries to avoid heat styling when it’s not necessary. “If I’m not working, I try to avoid the hair dryer or heat because when I’m working it takes a bit of a beating. There’s nothing worse than lots of hair that’s not in good condition.”
