When Carole arrived on day two of the horse racing event, she showed up in a butter yellow dress from ME+EM, a hue that continues to pop up everywhere, from Timothée Chalamet’s Oscar getup to the spring/summer collections from brands like Alaïa and Toteme.

The summery midi dress was covered in floral lace with a triangle-shaped cutout along the neckline and a two-tiered skirt. Carole paired the long-sleeve design with a sun hat in a subtle blush, which coordinated with the dress thanks to its flowery patches that were embroidered onto the brim.
To complete the look, the businesswoman slipped into a pair of off-white pumps, and she carried a foldover clutch in the same color.
An affinity for butter yellow clearly runs in the family, because Princess Kate was seen wearing the same shade just this past May, when she attended the Royal Garden Party in a daffodil-colored wrap dress, which she paired with an artful fascinator and nude pumps.
