Carly Pearce has a new flame.
On Friday, July 25, the “What He Didn’t Do” singer revealed she has a new boyfriend, Jordan Karcher, in a sweet Instagram post.
“I guess this is what the kids call a “hard launch” these days… 🤭♥️,” Pearce, 35, wrote, alongside a sweet selfie with Karcher, an entrepreneur.
Pearce was last linked to her band’s drummer, BC Taylor. Before their relationship, Pearce dated Nashville real estate businessman Riley King — and their romance ended in June 2023.
Prior to King, Pearce was married to fellow artist Michael Ray, whom she filed for divorce from in June 2020 after eight months of marriage.
In June of last year, Pearce opened up to PEOPLE getting “healthier every day” when it came to love — but she wished to keep her relationship with Taylor private.
“Everything’s good,” she said of her relationship. “But now that I’ve had a failed marriage and a failed relationship in the spotlight, I have learned we keep this one very quiet.”
Pearce also said she wanted “love and marriage and whatever ‘family’ looks like for me,” but her life’s passion remained her career. “I am really OK if children do not happen for me, meaning this is what I’ve wanted more,” she said. “My career is what I dreamt of.”

In March, the country star opened up about ending her Hummingbird era — which represented healing after heartbreak — with the release of the album’s deluxe version.
“These songs feels like the right way to close this chapter and feel excited about what’s to come after a painful five years,” the “What He Didn’t Do” singer told PEOPLE.
She added, “Not even just my divorce. I’ve had several relationships through the last five years that just haven’t worked out… I’m about to be 35 [and I’m] getting to a place of being OK with myself. I feel like you have to go through rain to see the flowers, as cheesy as that sounds, but that’s why.”
At the time, she teased her creativity was “flowing” and fans would get new music from her by “the end of the year.”
