Candace Cameron Bure recently flaunted her ultra-toned body in new workout photos—and she shared a bold PSA about fitness in the process.
On May 3, the Full House alum took to Instagram with a carousel of jaw-dropping fitness pictures and clips.

“Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all AND it doesn’t have to look the same year after year.💪🏼,” Cameron Bure captioned her update.
The mom of three added, “My workouts have changed so much over time — Pilates, lifting, walking, Kira Stokes Fit App, you name it!! I just try to keep moving and give my body what it needs in each season.🤗 #nationalfitnessday.”
In the post, Cameron Bure included photos with her trainer Kira Stokes, her husband, Valeri Bure, her daughter, Natasha Bure, in a weight room, hiking and more. The actress also added snaps of herself holding a dumbbell, a video of her riding a bike—and perhaps most notably, a picture of herself doing an impressive handstand.
