Camila Cabello is opening up about facing her inner demons.
On Monday, Aug. 4, the “Havana” singer shared “Camila Cabello – yours, c tour mini doc” on YouTube and gave fans a glimpse at her life on tour.
In the documentary, Cabello, 28, confessed she battles “demons every day.”
“Comparisons. Insecurity. Imposter syndrome. Self criticism. Self doubt… For me to have a good show, I have to do so much work of watering the right seeds and cutting the weeds in my mind that have grown when I wasn’t even looking,” she said.
The singer-songwriter elaborated by noting that “the people you look up to” who “appear to be so easily themselves” are often struggling too.
“You probably don’t see that it takes a lot of work blocking out the noise from outside, the noise from inside,” she said. “It’s a constant fight but it’s the most worthwhile one.”
Cabello embarked on her international Yours, C Tour — which was in support of her 2024 studio album C,XOXO — in June 2025 and she set dates for shows across Europe, Asia, Australia and South America. The tour, which marked her first in over seven years, will conclude in São Paulo, Brazil on Sept. 14.
On Aug. 1, the “Twentysomethings” singer announced the documentary on Instagram by sharing a teaser trailer. She captioned the post, “the first leg of the yours, c tour healed me. thank you to everyone that came out to a show, this documentary is for you, 8.4 on my @youtube channel”
Months before she kicked off her tour, Cabello poked fun at Katy Perry — who revealed her Lifetimes Tour setlist during her highly publicized Blue Origin space flight — by promoting her own tour with a sheet of paper on TikTok.
“Didn’t have the budget to fly to space to promote my tour dates so I made this TikTok instead,” wrote the “Hot Uptown” singer alongside a video of herself holding up a printout of her tour poster while moving slowly as if she was lacking gravity.

Meanwhile, the documentary comes after Cabello embarked on a romantic vacation to Ibiza with her billionaire heir boyfriend Henry Junior Chalhoub.
Cabello shared a photo dump from their getaway on Instagram, including a photo holding a man’s hand.
She captioned the post, “falling in love, reading fiction for hours, practicing guitar, eating every color of tomatoes, putting my hand out in the car, playing with the wind.”
Before her photo dump, the couple was spotted packing on the PDA during their Spanish getaway.
