The McConaugheys don’t need pants to get their head in the game.
Matthew McConaughey and wife Camila Alves McConaughey were not shy about showing some skin to celebrate their latest Pantalones Organic Tequila announcement. Their spirit brand was revealed as the official sponsor of Austin FC, the the Texas Major League Soccer team that the Austin-based celebs often support.
While the sponsorship was revealed in February, the couple stripped down to celebrate the partnership in a clip shared on Thursday, June 12.
In the ad, the How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star and model tie up their shoelaces in a locker room.
“Intensity,” Matthew says. “Dedication,” Camila adds, while the parents of three hold each others hands and bow their heads.
The Interstellar actor slips on a green blazer and Camila, in a coordinating green top and black blazer helps him put on sunglasses. The pair — who share sons Levi, 16, and Livingston, 12, and daughter Vida, 15 — “cheers!” their drinks, hold hands and strut out of the locker room.
“We may not be playing,” she says overhead and Matthew finishes the sentence, “But we’re not gonna half a– it.”

At this moment, the couple walks onto the soccer field and the camera zooms out to show that they are sans-pants in front of the roaring crowd.

The pantless punchline is a frequent joke in the power couple’s tequila campaigns. Since the brand was revealed in October 2023, they have ridden motorcycles, played pickleball and mowed the lawn in half of their birthday suits.
Earlier this week, on Monday, June 9, Matthew posted about their 13th wedding anniversary in an equally humorous way.

He shared a video on Instagram of the couple joking about never remembering their anniversary date. “13? Is that it?” the Magic Mike actor asked while looking at his other half after a reporter mentioned the pair’s upcoming special day. The clip was from an interview with Access Hollywood as they attended the 13th annual Mack, Jack & McConaughey Gala on April 24.
“We may forget the date but try to remember the meaning #happyanniversary,” he captioned the post.
Matthew and Camila tied the knot on June 9, 2012, during a three-day celebration at their home in Austin. The nuptials came after a six-month engagement and six years together.
