Bridgerton star Sabrina Bartlett was “the talk of the ton” as she flashed her engagement ring on the red carpet last week.

The 33-year-old English actress attended the London premiere of Sir David Attenborough’s latest documentary OCEAN on May 6 — with her diamond sparkler on display. Sporting a pale blue gown with a draped neckline and flutter sleeves, she was accompanied by her fiancé, Australian businessman Lachie Stewart.

The two quietly revealed their engagement in December when Bartlett — who plays opera singer Sienna Rosso in the popular Netflix series — shared a post on Instagram featuring two photos of the couple posing together seemingly moments after the proposal.

In a playful nod to her soon-to-be husband’s name, she captioned the post: “Lach’d In 💍🥰🔒.”

One of the photos offered a close-up look at her stunning ring, which features an oval diamond solitaire and a gold setting.

Several of her Bridgerton costars commented on the post at the time, including Jessica Madsen (Cressida Cowper), who wrote, “Ahhhhhhhhhhhh amazing ❤️❤️ huge congrats my love xxxxxxx.”

According to his LinkedIn, Stewart most recently worked as a senior brand manager of partnerships for Expedia Group.

While it’s unclear when Bartlett and Stewart began dating, the Knightfall actress first posted photos with her now-fiancé on her Instagram grid in October 2023. At the time, the two appeared to be enjoying a vacation in Crete, Greece.

Alongside shots of the pair exploring the sights, digging into some local cuisine and cuddling up together on a beach, she quipped in the caption: “Tzatziki all day every day 🥰🇬🇷.”

At the end of 2023, Barlett shared more photos with Stewart and reflected that it had been a “big year” for her, using a series of emojis to hint at love and acting projects.

Just weeks after announcing her engagement, Bartlett revealed that she was spending the holidays in Stewart’s home country.

“My first Christmas down under 🤍🇦🇺,” she wrote in an Instagram post, alongside a set of photos of the beach, dinners al fresco and a boat ride. She also shared some shots of herself and Stewart posing together, as well as a snap of her hand held up against an ocean backdrop as she showed off her engagement ring.

In March, Deadline reported that Bartlett had been cast in the upcoming rom-com F— Valentine’s Day, which was filming in Malta. The movie — about a woman determined to stop her boyfriend from proposing during a birthday getaway in Greece — also stars Marisa Tomei, Virginia Gardner, Jake Cannavale, Skylar Astin, Natasha Leggero and Lil Rel Howery.
