“Last night, I hosted a gala for Brooks & Dunn, and they’re the group to me… They’re one of the greatest artists ever,” he says. “So to just spend time with them, get to know them … Tonight they’re being awarded for not only their music, but for their philanthropy. But Brooks & Dunn, they got some of the best bangers of country music.”

Not to leave out some of his other favorites, Bones continued: “I have other friends here like Dan + Shay that I’ve kind of — I say grown up with, but we came to Nashville at the same time, and I’ve watched them kind of turn into superstars.”

“The ACMs are the Academy of Country Music, and they stand for artistic excellence and achievement,” Kapoor said. “They support the music community and ensure that country music remains an indelible part of the culture.”
