The actors stood on the rooftop of the Corinthia Hotel London, in front of sweeping views of the city, and showed two takes on the same outfit solution: a button-up V neck and a miniskirt.
Lively wore a black knitted jacket with butter-yellow accents and ornate golden buttons. The cozy V-neck top was long, and fell past her waist, where a black leather miniskirt peeked out. The skirt was fastened with glossy black buttons, and to match, Lively slipped into a pair of black leather knee-high boots with platform soles and stiletto heels.
She finished her outfit with a black quilted Chanel crossbody bag that was shaped like a camera, plus some gold jewelry—dangly earrings, several bracelets, and chunky rings—and shimmering golden hair clips.
Kendrick, meanwhile, went sleek and monochrome with her look, though it followed the same fashion principles. She wore a vibrant firetruck-red vest dotted with golden buttons down the middle, plus a matching red miniskirt. She kept ensemble simple, pairing her vibrant set only with ornate gold heels with red soles, from Christian Louboutin, and dainty gold jewelry.
While there have long been rumors that the actors, who previously worked together in A Simple Favor, do not get along, their latest coordinating outing suggests otherwise.
