Beyoncé‘s youngest daughter Rumi Carter just made her surprising concert debut!
The 7-year-old joined her mother, 43, and older sister Blue Ivy, 13, on stage during the opening night of the Cowboy Carter tour at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Fans on social media documented Rumi’s surprise appearance during “Protector,” the song she made her album debut on in 2024. The youngest Carter sported a gold feather dress with cowboy boots to match and stood with her mother while Blue Ivy danced behind them.
Rumi appeared very excited to be a part of the performance, waving at the crowd and hugging her mom tight. At one point of the performance, Blue Ivy embraced her mother and younger sister.
The “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer has previously incorporated her children into her music and performances in the past. Rumi even can be heard asking “Mom, can I hear the lullaby, please?” in the song “Protector.”
Blue Ivy first joined her mother on stage as a dancer during the Renaissance World Tour in 2023 at 11 years old and made several appearances during the Cowboy Carter Tour’s opening night.

Beyoncé previously opened up about touring with her family in an interview with GQ in October 2024 and shared how she balances family time with her work.
“One thing I’ve worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my personal life isn’t turned into a brand,” she explained. “I always dreamt of a life where I could see the world with my family and expose them to different languages, architecture and lifestyles.”
Along with Blue Ivy and Rumi, Beyoncé also shares her son — Rumi’s twin brother — Sir Carter with her husband Jay-Z.
