Betty Crocker is conjuring up a new collaboration with one of the most iconic characters of all time, but it’s only going to be around for spooky season.
Just like the popular boxed cake mix brand did with Wicked and for Bridgerton, it’s baked up a special selection for fans of the Netflix hit, Wednesday. In collaboration with the streaming giant, Betty Crocker summoned the soul-sucking vibe of the one and only Wednesday Addams for a redesigned line of ghoulishly good treats, and just in time for fans to enjoy at their Season 2 watch party.
Heading to retailers nationwide soon is a new Betty Crocker Wednesday Addams Super Moist Dark Chocolate Cake Mix, which sees the brand’s beloved dark chocolate cake mix draped in a purple backdrop embellished with symbolism from the series (and a shadow figure cameo of the leading lady).

And since no cake is complete without a little frosting, the company is launching a matching Wednesday Addams Whipped Cream Frosting to go with. Said to be “light and airy like Enid,” the whipped cream frosting will perfectly balance the decadent indulgence of the chocolate cake.
Betty Crocker’s Wednesday-themed Super Moist Dark Chocolate Cake Mix ($2.85) and Whipped Cream Frosting ($2.96) will officially appear on Amazon sometime in mid-August, before being unleashed on retailers nationwide early September.
Fans can catch Season 2 of Wednesday streaming on Netflix beginning on August 6, with Part 2 expected on September 3.
