B.J. Novak and Delaney Rowe are dating, sources tell PEOPLE.
Romance rumors started to swirl in December 2024 when The Office actor, 45, and the TikTok star, 28, were spotted out together at the Bowery Hotel in New York City, sparking speculation about their relationship status, per Deuxmoi.

Social media users continued to speculate about their relationship in April, with one user on X sharing that she learned of their romance from TikTok.
Novak and Rowe were previously photographed together at The Official How Long Gone After Party at The Standard in New York City on Nov. 23 last year.
Reps for both Novak and Rowe didn’t immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Novak, who is best known for his role as Ryan Howard on The Office, has been known to keep his personal life private. He’s been linked to various high-profile partners in the past, including Mindy Kaling.

The Office costars, whose off-screen relationship was on and off like their beloved characters’, have maintained their friendship through the years.
When speaking with PEOPLE in 2014, Novak described their relationship as “complicated.” He explained, “A really complicated person and a really complicated friendship, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.”
The pair have remained friends since they met while working on The Office in 2004, and Kaling and Novak have been vocal about their now-platonic love for each other.
They’ve collaborated on creative projects, supported each other at red carpet premieres — and in 2017, Novak officially became a member of Kaling’s family when he became her daughter’s godfather.
Rowe is a popular content creator on social media who rose to fame for her comedy sketches. One of her most viral videos featured a monologue filmed in the rain from the perspective of the “absolutely insufferable female lead of an indie movie.”
The influencer, who was born and raised in Idaho, amassed 3 million followers on TikTok and 1 million on Instagram. She writes, performs and edits all of her content herself.
