Ayo Edebiri looked like she was made for the carpet at Big Mouth’s season eight premiere, and not just because her outfit matched the fabric that was underneath her feet.
If you’re into style that’s a little funky, very cool, and always impeccably tailored, the actor’s wardrobe resume speaks for itself. There was the recent duvet-like electric white dress she wore earlier this month, her beaded Ferragamo look at the Met Gala, and now, a retro number that looks plucked straight from the ’60s.
While attending the premiere of Netflix’s animated show at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood in Los Angeles, Edebiri made a mark in a two-piece set from the Shushu/Tong Fall 2025 collection. The chartreuse outfit featured a low-cut V-neckline and a midi pencil skirt that hit just below her knees.
It also included sweet black floral appliqués scattered across the top and bottom. As for her movie-theater-going shoes, she slipped into a pair of Jude’s Fame pumps in black brushed leather.
Interestingly, the heels had a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it detail: a business-appropriate almond toe in the front and a cool, sculptural curved heel in the back. Basically, the mullet of footwear, if you ask me.
She kept accessories minimal, opting for small silver hoop earrings that matched the metallic swipe of color on her eyelids. A subtle blush-tinted gloss gave her lips a soft sheen, and she wore her hair in a smooth blowout with the ends slightly curled.
