While Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s relationship is long gone, the saga of selling their once-shared home feels like it’s been going on forever. Thankfully, Ariana came through with an update during a recent appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“You and Tom agreed to sell your shared home, what’s the latest news?” Andy asked the Love Island USA host, who responded, “That is ongoing but hopefully wrapping up soon.”
They originally bought the $2 million property together in 2019, six years into their relationship. After the Vanderpump Rules stars had a public falling out amid Tom’s cheating “scandoval” with Rachel Leviss in 2023, they remained under the same roof and mainly communicated through their assistants and mediators.
“She’s in the house. This is a big house. We have a go-between. We text when we’re coming and going,” Tom explained during an April 2023 appearance on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff. “The house is not listed yet, no. She’s really busy right now, she’s obviously blowing up. I’m really happy to see that. I’ve been busy as well trying to get things together.”
As complications between the former couple grew and they each moved on to their current respective relationships, Ariana reportedly bought a new $1.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills in March 2024.
“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” a Page Six insider said at the time.
When Andy asked whether they’re still “co-habitating,” the Something About Her co-owner confirmed that she’s living in her own place while Sandoval still “lives there” in the old spot.
Ariana’s update comes nearly six months after she took legal action in January 2024, and Tom agreed to sell the home. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly last year, Tom fought back in an attempt to receive full ownership of the property before he complied to put the home on the market.
