Ant Anstead and Christina Haack reunited to watch their 5-year-old son Hudson’s soccer game over the weekend
In a joint Instagram post, the pair shared a glimpse of how Anstead kept them dry amid the rainy conditions
The exes were married for less than two years and split in 2020
They reconnected after her split from third husband Josh Hall in July 2024 and publicly revealed they had made up during Anstead’s guest appearance on her HGTV show The Flip Off in February 2025

The Born Mechanic host, 46, offered a glimpse of the rainy conditions he and his ex-wife faced while watching their 5-year-old son Hudson’s soccer game together, per their joint Instagram post shared on Sunday, April 27.
In the first image, a beaming Anstead can be seen holding a large sign over his head to keep from getting wet as he watches the game. Meanwhile Haack, 41, stands directly in front of her ex — who also appears to be using the sign to shield her from the rain — and has the hood of her jacket pulled over her head for extra protection.
“Rain is a normal footy day growing up in the UK! Rain never stopped play! And Parents did what they could to stay dry! 😂😂💁🏻♂️ and Hudzo crushed it in the match! Go the NINJAS!!!! X,” the British-born automotive expert wrote in the caption.
In response, the Christina on the Coast star replied in the comments: “Our lil man is a star ⚽️🌟.”

The exes’ outing comes after they hit a milestone in their newly reconciled relationship back in March when they shared their first joint post together since their split in 2020.
In the post, the former couple posed together for a cute snap with their son. Anstead can be seen holding Hudson in his arms as the little one has his arms draped around both his mom and dad. Haack leans into the two and holds her son’s hand in the sweet photo.
“Our little gentleman CRUSHED his school performance this morning. He’s thriving x,” Anstead wrote in the caption, to which the HGTV star responded, “Sweetest boy ❤️.”

While Anstead and Haack enjoy spending quality time with their son together now, they were not always on the best of terms after their split.
Despite their divorce, which was followed by a heated custody battle over Hudson, the pair recently reconciled shortly after the designer separated from her third husband, Josh Hall, 44, in July 2024.
Haack explained how she and Anstead were able to mend their relationship as co-parents during a Feb. 19 episode of her HGTV show, The Flip Off, on which Anstead appeared as a guest judge.

“After Josh and I split up, I went over to [Ant’s] house to pick Hudson up because I was taking him to a birthday party. And when I walked up to the door, he gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years,” Christina recalled in a confessional-style clip during the episode.
“He just said ‘I’m so sorry for everything you’re going through and I’m here for you no matter what you need.’ It was a very nice moment. We had a long talk after and we decided to put all the BS aside and be good co-parents, like Tarek and I, for Hudson,” she added, giving a nod to her first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9.
Fans watched as the two re-followed each other on Instagram over the summer and slowly began sharing friendly messages on social media.

Also during The Flip Off — which co-stars Tarek and his current wife Heather Rae El Moussa — Anstead shocked everyone with his controversial judging by declaring his ex-wife the winner of the episode as a result of them being “connected forever” due to their son.
Amid the exes’ rekindled friendship, the pair have both moved on to new relationships.
Haack is now dating businessman Christopher Larocca, and Anstead has been in a four-year relationship with Oscar-winning actress Renée Zellweger.
