Angelina Jolie continues to do good with her fashion brand, Atelier Jolie.
The actor, director, and entrepreneur recently hosted a dinner and panel on design, culture, and identity at her boutique. The guests of honor were British-Ghanaian fashion designer Ozwald Boateng—who is the current designer in residence at Atelier—and Khanyi Mashimbye, the manager at Creative Africa Nexus (CANEX provides financing, market access, and policy advocacy to support the development of music, film, and other creative fields).
A slideshow of photos from the evening were shared on Atelier Jolie’s Instagram, and amongst them were rare, candid snaps of Jolie herself, looking glamorous as ever in a breezy black midi dress and classic black pumps.

The event took place on May 14, and by the 16th, Jolie was already in Cannes, attending the annual film festival. All week, she has delivered Old Hollywood elegance on the red carpet in the South of France—looking sophisticated in everything from a woven golden dress to an asymmetrical white gown and strappy heels.
