Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro are continuing to take a bite out of the Big Apple together.
After their post-Met Gala meetup earlier this week, the couple was spotted on a PDA-filled date night in New York City on Wednesday, May 7, on their way to see Maybe Happy Ending on Broadway.
A smiling Garfield, 41, held Barbaro’s hand as they were laughing, chatting and snuggling up to one another while walking from Times Square to the Belasco Theatre.
The Hacksaw Ridge actor wore glasses, a baseball cap, light-colored trousers and a striped T-shirt, and carried a black canvas bag over one shoulder. Barbaro, 34, was also dressed casually, in a fitted white top and wide-leg black pants. The A Complete Unknown actress also carried a brown shoulder bag, with a black leather jacket draped over the top.

The outing is the latest in the Oscar nominees’ Broadway-show binge, as they took in a performance of Oh, Mary! the previous night at the Lyceum Theatre.
Garfield and Barbaro posed for a large group photo at the show, with other famous faces like John C. Reilly, Quinta Brunson and the play’s Tony-nominated writer and star Cole Escola.
Ahead of the Met Gala, the couple saw John Proctor Is the Villain at the Booth Theatre on Broadway, where they also posed for a group photo with star Sadie Sink, the play’s writer Kimberly Belflower and its director Danya Taymor.
John Proctor Is the Villain and Oh, Mary! are both nominated at this year’s Tony Awards for Best Play, while Maybe Happy Ending is up for Best Musical.

While Barbaro and Garfield didn’t make their romance red carpet official at the 2025 Met Gala on Monday, May 5, they reunited shortly after. Video captured by Cosmopolitan shows Garfield waiting for Barbaro at The Mark Hotel after the event, which had a “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme.
The Tick, Tick … Boom! actor smiled as he waited for Barbaro, who greeted him with a hug. Garfield was also wearing a baseball hat and carrying a black tote bag.
In the clip, the Top Gun: Maverick actress could be seen wearing a dress different from the ensemble she wore to the Met Gala carpet.

PEOPLE first confirmed Garfield and Barbaro were dating on Feb. 21, with a source saying the two have “been really lowkey and have been spending time together quietly.”
The couple were later spotted together following the 2025 Academy Awards, as they attended an afterparty thrown by Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
The We Live in Time actor and Barbaro were first photographed together at W Magazine’s Best Performances party in Los Angeles on Jan. 4, along with Eddie Redmayne and Lynn Hirschberg.
Reps for both actors have not responded to requests for comment about their relationship.
