Former journalist and podcaster Amy Robach, 52, took some times to unplug over the August 8 weekend in Montauk with family and partner T.J. Holmes, 47.
The iHeart Radio co-host shared a gallery of images on Instagram that showed her relaxing on the beach, hiking through the woods, grilling out back and lounging about in a tiny pink bikini.
Fans were delighted to see the mom out and about enjoying her summer and looking like a total fox doing it.

“You look SO happy now,” noticed one fan.
“Looks like an amazing time. Glad to see you both enjoying life and making amazing memories,” added another fan.

“You look beautiful,” another simply stated.
In July 2025, Robach and Holmes vacationed in Turks & Caicos with Robach’s two adult daughters, Ava, 22, and Annalise, 19, who she shares with ex-husband Tim McIntosh.
Holmes’ children Sabine, who he shares with ex-wife Marilee Fiebig, and Brianna and Jaiden, with his first wife he split from in Amy Ferson, were not featured in either of the vacation photos.
The pair addressed their relationships with each other’s children in a 2023 episode of their podcast Amy & T.J..
“As tough as it’s been for so many people in our lives, it’s the most difficult for them because now they’re having to look at us in a different way with one another,” Robach said. “We have been very thoughtful and we’ve taken things very slowly and we’re being very patient. But things are good. They’re peaceful, and we want to continue building on that.”
