In December, Colby was forced to cancel burlesque shows amid a family health emergency.
“Had some very serious health issues happening within my family; I really don’t want to get too much in detail,” she shared in a since-deleted Instagram post. “It’s not my health I’m speaking of.”
In April, Colby referenced a mystery illness of her own when she posted a photo of herself rocking a burlesque costume.
“The last time I wore this costume I was in very bad health,” she explained. “This night in this photo was extremely painful and frightening, but I survived it and I cannot wait to wear this costume again with much more confidence and peace.”
Hopefully, Colby feels much better today and her Kansas City event has an amazing turnout!
