Ali Larter works hard, both on-screen and off, to bring us the best version of Angela Norris on Landman.
The 49-year-old bombshell proved as much when she posted in a tiny red bikini for an Instagram selfie where she called out to her followers for help.
In the photo, Larter looks better than ever as she tips her head to the side, with blonde hair spilling down one shoulder. Her makeup is natural, and her manicure is white, making the bright red string bikini the star of the show. Around her neck is the gold and diamond cross worn by her Landman character.

“For all my ladies out there that work hard to be their best everyday. Let’s hear how you do it?” Landry asked of her fans. “I had to shoot a bikini scene for my show last week. Playing a character that is so comfortable in her body drives me.”
She continued, “So here’s how I prep and what I eat for a day on set. Bed by 11pm and I take magnesium and gaba, wake at 5:30am. Celery juice and coffee and hit the gym by 6. I do a 30 minute intervals run and 10 minutes of core. Shower, dunk my face in ice water, slather with oil cause of my spray tan. Leave for work at 7am.”
Landy continues with her intense morning routine, writing, “Go through the works and blend out my tan. Another coffee, lemon water, eggs and Turkey bacon. Put on Angela’s diamond cross which is my suit of armor for this woman. 10 minutes of deep breathing to break down the BS I tell myself and redirect my energy to a calm, confident, and creative state while I look over my material. And then go walk the walk! Let me know how you build your self up to look and feel your best. Xo.”

That is a lot to go through each day to prepare for the role but it’s certainly working and Landry is looking better than ever. Even her friends noticed, with Busy Phillips writing in the comments section, “ALI MY GOD YOU ONLY GET HOTTER🔥❤️.”
Someone else commented, “you look phenomenal 😍🔥🙌 and I love the routine ! At 56 I’m staying consistent with my regular resistance training workouts , daily 10k steps, macro tracking or flexible dieting , hydration , sleep , HRT and various supplements!”
Others had no suggestions, just compliments with one saying, “Wow incredible!!! 🔥🔥.”
Another wrote, “I’ll have what she’s having. Holy moly Ali. 🔥.”
Yet another wrote, “Holy smokes- you look UNREAL!! I need to do all of these things immediately!!! #GOALS!! ❣️❣️❣️ 💥 💥 💥.”
