Aaron Paul just listed a historic Hollywood home on the market.
Priced just under $10 million, the Seyler House is one of the first homes constructed in the hills above Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood. The home sits on 1.5 acres just underneath Griffith Park. Celebrated architect Stiles O. Clements, known for designing the El Capitan Theater, first built the home in 1922.

“Rich in character, history and magic, 2666 Aberdeen Avenue is truly an exceptional Los Feliz estate — timeless, transportive and unforgettable,” Jenna Cooper, the property’s representing agent with Compass, said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.
According to the agency, the home was previously owned by other celebrities like Robert Pattinson, Tim Curry, Noah Wyle, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Jim Parsons.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home blends “preserved period detail with refined interior updates,” completed by L.A. studio Commune Design, according to the listing. The “resort-like grounds” feature a freeform pool, cold plunge, amphitheater, outdoor fireplace, scenic fire pit and water features leading to a koi pond. From the multiple patios, flat pads and garden paths, potential buyers can find stunning and sweeping views of the city.
Inside, the home’s original beams are found throughout. Hand-painted ceilings add to the property’s elegance. Natural light fills each public room and opens to the home’s patios and terraces.

Before the Seylor House, Paul, 45, and his wife Lauren Parsekian, 38, owned another Spanish-style home in L.A. In 2019, the couple sold the home for $2.198 million. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house features a spectacular view of L.A.’s cityscape.
In 2020, the Emmy-winner gave an inside look at another property he owned. Paul showed off his log cabin-style getaway in Idaho — two-and-a-half hours from Boise — in Architectural Digest’s March “Star Power” issue.

“I poured my heart and soul into this thing, as did Jake Arnold and Pearson [Design Group],” he told the outlet, referring to the design talents who helped him turn his cabin into a reality. “I was pulling my hair out a lot during the process, but living in a place that you built is a dream come true.”
The home was built to emulate a classic, European mountainside home, filled with wood, stone and animal hides.
