Austin-based rock veterans A Good Rogering (AGR) are turning heads early in 2026 with the announcement of their Last Time For Now tour, a farewell run that will showcase tracks from their critically acclaimed 2022 album Systematic Paralysis. Fans can catch the band in seven cities across Texas, Arizona, and California, including a special stop at the legendary Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood.

On Instagram, the band shared an excited message, writing, “The Last Time Is Now… to see us live! 👋🍻 We’re stoked to kick off 2026 with our farewell (at least for a while) tour before we go into late 60s Beatles mode 🫡.”

AGR’s return to the stage is particularly significant for fans of their 2022 album Systematic Paralysis, which melds dystopian themes with a mix of groove metal intensity and atmospheric depth. Tracks like “Another Handout” and the recent single “Overcome” showed the band’s ability to blend crushing riffs with soaring vocals, creating a powerful live experience.

Founded in 2008 by Skunk Manhatten, AGR has spent over a decade shaping a unique rock identity, pulling influences from heavy hitters like Alice in Chains, Metallica, Faith No More, and Pink Floyd. Their discography includes:

  • Long Overdue (2010)

  • Lifeblood (2013)

  • EP This Is Death Metal (2017)

  • Systematic Paralysis (2022)

  • Singles, including “Panthalassa” and “Overcome”

Known for their raw, no-frills live shows, AGR has opened for rock legends like Skid Row, Marty Friedman, Uli Jon Roth, Sponge, and Immortal Guardian.

Future Projects and Ticket Information

Currently, the band is working on their fourth full-length album at Evil Snail Studios with producer Kfir Gov, while also preparing to release a cover of Tool’s “Sweat,” engineered by Jason Schimmel and mixed by acclaimed producer Sylvia Massy, according to That Eric Alper.

Tickets are available via agoodrogering.com. With stops at historic venues and new cities alike, fans have a rare opportunity to experience AGR in a live setting before the band steps back from touring.

Why This Tour Matters

The ‘Last Time For Now’ tour is not just a farewell but a celebration of AGR’s journey and their unique contribution to the rock scene. The band’s ability to blend diverse influences and create a powerful live experience has earned them a dedicated fan base. This tour offers fans a chance to relive the energy and passion of AGR’s music one last time before they take a break from touring.

For those who have followed the band since their inception in 2008, this tour is a nostalgic journey through their discography, from their early albums to their latest critically acclaimed work. It’s a testament to the band’s enduring appeal and their ability to evolve while staying true to their roots.
