Holly Madison made cheating allegations against an ex-boyfriend following her recent split from Zak Bagans.
“It’s a perfect day for ME and not my ex who I just found out was cheating on me with at least three other girls. Never too late to find out lol,” Holly, 45, wrote via her Instagram Story on Saturday, May 10. “Wait. The count is now up to four. And they all have major receipts. Let’s see what this number gets up to by the end of the day. Feel free to place bets. I’ll keep you posted.”
Holly later wrote via Instagram that the alleged cheating count “was up to five girls now.” The former Girls Next Door star did not directly name paranormal investigator Zak in any of her messages.
The drama started after Holly posted via TikTok that her “fantasy ‘I’m bored’ scenario would be all the girls [her] most recent ex” allegedly cheated on her with would “fill [her] in.”

“I need the lore,” she added.
Zak told TMZ in response to Holly’s posts, “We were on and off for 6 years. Broke up multiple times. We haven’t spoken in 3 months. Wish her the best.”
Holly announced on her “Girls Next Level” podcast in March that she and the Ghost Adventures star, 48, recently “broke up for good, for good.”
“I know we’ve been very off and on, you guys are probably like, ‘You guys broke up last spring, right?’” she admitted to listeners. “It was very off and on for the course of the like five-and-a-half years we were together. We were very off and on for the past year, very much. So we broke up and I mean unfollowed on social media, which we’ve never unfollowed each other before through all the breakups.”
Zak and Holly first started dating in June 2019. The Holly’s World star was previously married to Electric Daisy Carnival founder Pasquale Rotella from 2013 to 2019. The former couple are parents to daughter Rainbow, born March 2013, and son Forest, born August 2016.
The model and reality star was one of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends — along with Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson — from 2001 to 2008. Together, the trio starred with Hugh on the E! reality series The Girls Next Door between 2005 and 2009. Holly and Bridget are now hosts of the “Girls Next Level” podcast.
Holly exclusively told Us Weekly this week that she was hopeful of rekindling her friendship with Kendra, as they famously fell out at the end of The Girls Next Door.

“It would be nice to be on good terms for sure, but I really don’t know where she’s at,” Holly told Us on Monday, May 5. “I look back at our relationship and what went wrong and I see a lot of fault with executive producers who [were] working on her show [Kendra] and my show [Holly’s World] after we left.”
Holly suggested Kendra may not even know what their “original falling out was all about,” before adding, “I just don’t know how aware she was of it because at the time, the person who was starting a lot of the drama was a person who was giving her a job. So she doesn’t want to see that.”
