Charlize Theron just put her spin on one of the trendiest boho-meets-business outfit formulas of the season. Summer is just around the corner, but, as Miss Congeniality fans know, it’s still the perfect weather for a light jacket—especially if you pair it with an unexpected summery piece on the bottom. During her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where she was promoting her Netflix film The Old Guard 2, Theron opted for a chic all-black ensemble from Oude Waag’s Fall 2025 collection. On the top, she wore an oversized plunging black blazer with silk lapels and a matching silk waist tie. On the bottom, a completely sheer tiered maxi skirt.

The Mad Max actress completed the look with a pair of strappy black heels, delicate jewelry by Anita Ko, and a pair of slim black sunglasses. She wore her hair in a textured blunt bob styled by Adir Abergel and went for a simple glowy makeup look courtesy of Kate Lee. Her outfit was styled by Leslie Fremar.

“Got all dressed up for my husband @iamguillermo,” she wrote on Instagram, referring to Guillermo Rodriguez, Kimmel’s parking lot security guard who also makes frequent appearances on the show. She and Rodriguez have had a number of interactions on the red carpet in the past—once, they even shared a playful peck. During last night’s appearance on the show, they continued the gag, with a little candlelit shrine to Theron for Guillermo where the pair sat together on a sofa and, yes, kissed again.
