One thing about Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce’s mom? She’s always going to keep it real. During a recent appearance on the famous footballers’ New Heights podcast to celebrate Mother’s Day, Donna Kelce shared her unfiltered opinions about her sons’ dating history.
“Did you not like any of Travis or I’s girlfriends?” Jason asked his mom before quipping, “Or my girlfriend, now wife.”
Miss Donna responded and roasted the former Philadelphia Eagles player in the process. “Jason, you really didn’t bring a lot of ladies home,” she shared during the May 7 episode. “You dated, but I didn’t know any of ’em. With Trav, I met one or two.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who’s been in a relationship with Taylor Swift for nearly two years now, playfully replied, “What?! I didn’t have any girlfriends.”
Donna then shared that her boys kept details about their dating lives pretty slim, especially when they went off to college.
“I knew nothing of anybody that you guys were dating in college. You told me zero,” she said, adding that she wasn’t sure if they had “any time at all to date” as they were “busy” athletes.
According to Jason, he “had absolutely zero game,” and added, “I looked like an overweight Oompa Loompa. That’s why I didn’t have any girlfriends. I just sucked at talking to women.”
A few years later, he met his current wife, Kylie Kelce, with a swipe on Tinder and the rest was history. The pair currently has four daughters together, which Donna pointed out, “You’ve changed, so that’s good.”
“I don’t know that I have,” Jason said with a laugh.
While they didn’t get into details about Trav’s romance with Taylor, Donna noticed that her son had a vacation glow about him as he reportedly skipped the Met Gala and has been spending time with his Grammy-winning girlfriend.
“You look a little dark, Trav. You have a tan?” Donna asked before Travis joked, “I’m in my cubicle. I’m everywhere. I’m everywhere, mommy.”
“Got it. Looks like you guys were having fun,” she added once she caught on to his joke.
