Bradley Cooper’s daughter, Lea De Seine, is “so sweet and gentle” with girlfriend Gigi Hadid’s own daughter, Khai Malik.
The Maestro actor, 50, and the supermodel “have a lot in common and Bradley’s daughter, Lea, is so sweet and gentle with Khai,” a source tells PEOPLE.
Cooper shares daughter Lea, 8, with model Irina Shayk. The pair began dating in 2015 and broke up four years later. Gigi shares her daughter Khai, 4, with One Direction alum Zayn Malik. The duo split in October 2021 after nearly six years of dating.

The lovebirds were first linked in early October 2023, when they were spotted dining together at Via Carota in New York City’s West Village. They have seemingly grown closer ever since.
The runway model and Cooper went Instagram official on Saturday, May 3, after Hadid posted a carousel of snapshots from her 30th birthday party on Instagram — and among them was a photo of herself kissing the Oscar-nominated actor.
In the snapshot, the twosome shared a smooch in front of her decorated, three-tier chocolate birthday cake. The model, who wore a white corset tank top and had her hair slicked back in a bun, lovingly held Cooper’s face in her hands as they kissed.

“I feel so lucky to be 30!” Hadid captioned her post. “I feel so lucky for every high and low – for all the lessons and gifts both have brought me. To get to feel it all! I’m so lucky to be a mom, friend, partner, sister, daughter, colleague to some of the most unbelievable humans!!”
“So lucky for the support and encouragement from all of YOU around the world, every day and on my birthday last week,” she continued. “I had the best time celebrating, and it’s a blessing to feel so loved!! I am grateful and honored to take on a new decade.”
Hadid rang in her milestone birthday on Friday, April 25, two days after her actual birthday, in New York City, as she was surrounded by a star-studded circle of family and friends, including her sister, Bella Hadid, and actress Anne Hathaway, both of whom were photographed arriving at the bash.
In January, a source told PEOPLE exclusively that Cooper’s daughter and Hadid’s child “spend time together.”
“It’s very sweet,” the insider revealed. Another source added about the couple, “They are busy with work, but also prioritize their relationship and daughters.”
Last month, Hadid shared some rare remarks about her romance with the American Hustle actor in an interview with Vogue, describing their relationship as a “very romantic and happy dynamic” — though she did admit that it has come with challenges, given the couple’s fame.
