A little rain can’t stop Kelly Clarkson.
The powerhouse singer proved just how professional she is during the Today show Citi Concert Series on Tuesday, May 6, where she powered through the rain to give fans the performance that everyone was waiting for.

As seen in footage from the concert uploaded to the Today show Instagram page, Clarkson, 43, could be seen standing on stage while the rain came down after giving flawless performance that left fans with “no words.”

“I love singing in the rain,” the American Idol winner told the crowd after walking toward the main stage, where she met Today hosts Savannah Guthrie, Craig Melvin, Al Roker and Carson Daly.
Clarkson was greeted with a hug from Guthrie, who then told Clarkson, “You are so talented.”
Users on Instagram also wasted no time in singing Clarkson’s praises, including one commenter who called her “the best” for the stunning performance.
“She’s amazing !!!” another one of her fans commented on the Today show Instagram post, while another wrote, “Yassssssss,” and called Clarkson “A true performer.”
