Last night’s Met Gala was a night to remember, with some of our favorite stars hitting the carpet in impeccable suiting and spectacular jewelry in honor of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute’s latest exhibition, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” But the five-star looks didn’t end at the iconic grand staircase. After this year’s attendees and co-chairs celebrated inside the storied venue, many kept the party going after hours and and changed into a whole new set of outfits and jewels for several post-Met Gala events.
A big highlight of look of the evening was co-chair A$AP Rocky’s multi-colored jewels. The rapper opted for several Briony Raymond brooches, including a vintage piece featuring coral and lapis and an Art Deco-inspired one. His longtime partner, Rihanna, also loosened up and put her newly debut baby bump on display in a black outfit. Then there was Monica Barbaro swapped her white and black tuxedo three-piece outfit for a sultry transparent embroidered gown with a thigh high slit.
