Kylie Jenner is sharing her Met Gala fashion mishap.
After the fashion event on Monday, May 5, the reality star and entrepreneur, 27, took to her Instagram Stories to share a video of a team of people struggling to remove her black, pointed-toe heels.
“Max told me to tape my feet into this shoe,” Jenner says behind the camera, referring to Maximilian Davis, the designer of her Ferragamo gown. In the clip, multiple people try to pry the shoes away from her feet and spray them with some kind of liquid.
“And now my feet are stuck in the shoes,” Jenner continues, before letting out an, “Ow!”

She followed up the video with a snapshot of her bare feet, which appear to have red marks on them after apparently having successfully removed the shoes. “They’re okay!!!!” she wrote over the image.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder’s Met Gala gown featured a sweetheart neckline that appeared to have been made out of a suit-like texture and a black corseted bodice underneath her cleavage. At her waist, the bodice ended and transformed back into a suit-like skirt that featured black and white stitchings and a high slit.

She wore her hair slicked back into a bun and accessorized the outfit with sleek black closed-toe heels, sheer black gloves and silver jewelry, including silver studs and ear cuffs. She also donned a black silk scarf, which wrapped around her body and trailed behind her. She eventually removed the scarf.
While Jenner walked the carpet solo, her sisters, Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, and her close friend, Hailey Bieber, were also in attendance. Notably missing was the Kardashians star’s boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet.
The Complete Unknown actor, 29, skipped out on the star-studded event to enjoy a game of basketball from home, keeping score of the New York Knicks game against the Boston Celtics.

On his Instagram Stories, Chalamet posted a point-of-view photo of the game playing on his tablet. He also shared a selfie of himself wearing a gray hoodie. (Fortunately for him, the Knicks ended up beating the Celtics in overtime, 108-105.)
Chalamet attended the Met Gala in 2021, and hasn’t been to one since.
Jenner and Chalamet were recently spotted supporting the Los Angeles Lakers on April 30 during a PDA-packed courtside date. Following the outing, Jenner appeared to hint at their recent date night by later sharing a steamy swimsuit snap of her in a Knicks cap, showing support for her boyfriend’s NBA team.
