Bebe Rexha is shutting down critical comments about her body following an appearance at the Met Gala.
“I’m so tired of people commenting on my weight,” she began in a since-deleted X (formerly Twitter) post, opening up about her health issues, “I have PCOS and struggle with infertility.”

She then shared her heartbreaking loss, candidly admitting, “I got pregnant, and it didn’t work out and I’ve been carrying that pain in silence.”
The “Say My Name” singer explained that while she didn’t owe anyone an explanation, stating, “I never owed anyone that truth,” she urged people to “think twice” before making any kind of comments about “anyone’s body.”
The 35-year-old hitmaker made her debut at the Met Gala on May 5 in a busty and risqué Christian Siriano gown, though many of the comments focused on her weight gain, including criticism from Azealia Banks, who was roasting celebrities attending fashion’s biggest night on social media.
According to US Weekly, Rexha hit back at the dig from Banks, writing in a now-deleted post, “And you might wanna jump on some type of therapy, sis, lexapro worked great for me. Something that helps with the deep rooted sadness and chaos you keep projecting. Healing looks good on everyone. Try it.”
Despite the many mean-spirited comments making their rounds on the internet, Rexha proudly shared her sexy red carpet photos on Instagram, writing, “My first Met Gala 🌟 💫 ♥️,” which received praised from fans and celebrities alike, who thought she “slayed” with the “pinup” look.
