Kylie Jenner stepped out at the 2025 Met Gala on Monday without Timothée Chalamet.
She posed in a Ferragamo sheer corset dress that she unwrapped to show off a plunging neckline on the red carpet.
She joined her sister Kendall Jenner at the star-studded event.
After sweeping awards season with a streak of PDA-packed joint appearances with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, Kylie Jenner stepped out solo at the 2025 Met Gala on Monday night. While disappointing fans who were hoping for the couple’s Met Gala debut, Jenner turned heads as she posed solo in a sheer, deconstructed corset dress that she transformed once she was on the red carpet.
Posing on the Met Gala steps with Ferragamo designer Maximilian Davis, the Khy designer leaned into the evening’s “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme wearing a dual-toned halterneck corset dress that played into her favored “dark feminine” aesthetic. She made an entrance at the star-studded event with the rosette-studded body-con gown, which she styled with a black silk scarf pinned with a flower corsage. She took photos with it draped over her neckline and around her arms, creating a dramatic train in the back that trailed several feet behind her.

However, Jenner quickly removed the silk material to reveal her Met Gala dress’s cleavage-flaunting, plunging neckline and sheer black mesh bodice, with gray tweed fabric covering her cups and extending around her neck in a halterneck. Her low-rise skirt, which was covered in metallic detailing, featured the same gray tweed material, with a daring thigh-high slit in front and a slightly shorter train. Jenner paired her Met Gala dress with matching black mesh opera gloves, diamond cuff earrings, and black strappy pumps with a star embellishment in the front.

She completed her Met Gala dress with a twist on her signature beauty, wearing her dark hair up in a sleek, side-parted updo that showed off her elegant glam. Jenner accentuated her pout with a glossy pink hue, which she mirrored with bold blush on her cheekbones. Sculpted cheeks and natural eye makeup finished off her red carpet look.

Jenner’s solo Met Gala appearance comes just days after the unlikely couple stepped out for a loved-up courtside date on April 30. In a sartorial 180 from their red carpet outfits, the beauty maven put a glam twist on sporty attire as she paired a white tank top with black low-rise leather boot-cut pants that flared out at the bottom.
While watching the Los Angeles Lakers compete against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Jenner accessorized to impress with giant silver hoop earrings, pointy-toed snakeskin boots, and a silver watch. Linking her arms and holding hands with Chalamet throughout the basketball game, the reality star opted for effortless glam with dark lashes, a nude glossy pout, and sculpted features. She wore her black hair down in a side-parted blowout for the game.

Leaning over to whisper in his girlfriend’s ear, Chalamet proudly showed which team he was rooting for as he paired a black Kobe Bryant Lakers t-shirt with a bomber jacket featuring white sleeves and a black-and-white printed plaid body with pearl detailing on the pockets. A pair of distressed gray jeans, a black belt with a large silver buckle, and unlaced tan Timberland boots finished off his date-night look.
