But it seems like fans are happy with Kardashian’s look at the May 5 event in New York City, taking to social media to praise her custom black leather outfit from Chrome Hearts.
The all-black ensemble, which featured sharp tailoring and a jaunty leather hat, was in line with year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” a celebration of Black style and the effects of dandyism on fashion.
One fan tweeted, “im sorry kim kardashian did eat,” while others agreed, writing, “Oh Kim Kardashian you did what you had to do oh my God.”
More compared Kardashian’s style to that of her sister, Kendall Jenner, who fans seemed to think wore a lackluster look to one of fashion’s biggest nights.
