Ryan Reynolds was spotted in Los Angeles on May 1 when he rushed over to a group of nearby fans and signed a bunch of autographs.
In the crowd was former TMZ reporter Melanie Miller and she was determined to ask the Deadpool star what happened that caused Travis Kelce to unfollow him.
Miller shared a video she recorded to TikTok and she can be heard asking Reynolds repeatedly about Kelce — who is dating Taylor Swift, who is (or was?) best friends with Reynolds’ wife, Blake Lively. However, Reynolds paid Miller no mind as he continued signing autographs.

“Thanks for asking a real question. HIS selective hearing was ON,” someone else said.
“He ignored that question at all costs,” a third TikTok user noted.
“The silence is DEAFENING,” a fourth comment read.
Miller’s question was not only timely, but certainly one that many fans are curious about. All the curiosity into Reynolds’ relationship with Kelce seems to have stemmed from a Reddit thread in which someone noticed that Kelce unfollowed the actor on social media — and shared screenshots to prove it.
While it’s unclear why the Kansas City Chiefs tight end may have unfollowed the actor on Instagram,the move only helps fuel rumors that Swift had a falling out with Lively. The reason? Swift “wasn’t happy with being brought into the legal mess” that Lively is in with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, according to Us Weekly. Swift’s name was brought into the lawsuits filed as she was mentioned in text messages sent between the two actors.
While neither Swift nor Lively have spoken out about the status of their friendship, the two also haven’t been seen together in months. In April, a source told Page Six that Lively and Swift had talked and were hoping to move forward.
“It was important to Blake to be on good terms again with Taylor. It was never her intention to hurt Taylor or cause any harm to their friendship,” the source said, adding, “Blake missed their friendship and she hopes they can put this whole thing behind them.”
However, Kelce supposedly unfollowing Reynolds on Instagram suggests the exact opposite is happening.
