Parker Posey may be the belle of the television ball at the moment for her portrayal of dotty Victoria Ratliff in the third season of The White Lotus, but she had big shoes to fill when she joined the series.
Connie Britton, who starred in the show’s first season, stole scenes as a successful executive who struggles to unwind while on vacation with her family, and she’s now opening up about a possible return to the hit HBO series.

Britton appeared on the May 2 episode of the Today show, where she was asked if she’d consider another appearance on the drama.

“I would come back any time,” the Friday Night Lights star shared before admitting that there is a caveat.
“I can’t spend six months real far away from home ‘cause I’ve got my kid at home,” Britton noted.
The series has famously filmed at Four Seasons hotels around the world, with the first season taking place in Maui, the second in Sicily, and the third in Thailand, primarily in Koh Samui and Phuket.
The Today show shared a clip of Britton’s admission on social media, prompting fans to take to the comments to tease her, writing, “Ok so that’s a no” on the show’s Instagram page.
Over on TikTok, fans had a more positive view of the situation, commenting, “Connie Britton’s energy is so magnetic, I’d totally watch her in more episodes of The White Lotus!”
