Nia Sanchez Booko is opening up about her fertility journey.

On the latest episode of The Valley, the soon-to-be mom of four, 35, opened up to costar Kristen Doute about being diagnosed with “unexplained infertility” and her journey to motherhood. The pregnant reality star revealed that it took “forever” for her to get pregnant.

“On our fertility journey, we went to a fertility doctor, [and] that’s when I was diagnosed as having unexplained infertility,” Nia explained during a confessional. “Unexplained infertility is when they look at your ovaries. They look at your uterus. Everything is fine, so doctors are like, ‘There’s nothing wrong with you. You are infertile. We just don’t know why.'”

“It took us over a year and a half to get pregnant the first time,” she said, after revealing that she got pregnant two months after she started fertility acupuncture. “I can like feel it in my heart, like I remember the disappointment every single month that you’re praying for a baby and it’s not coming, so I can understand how Kristen feels and I just want to be there for her.”

The reality TV star and her husband Daniel Booko, who are parents to twins Isabelle and Zariah, 22 months, and son Asher, 3, are currently expecting their fourth baby, a girl, together. Speaking with PEOPLE exclusively as they near their June due date, the expectant parents said that they have yet to settle on a name for their newest family addition.

“We have just over two months left, and we still don’t have a name,” Nia told PEOPLE exclusively at the season 2 premiere of the Bravo reality show on April 10. “And we like to choose our names early as possible.”

The former Miss USA added, “So we’re both kind of struggling that we don’t have a name yet.”

Daniel shared with PEOPLE that it’s crunch time, calling it “the longest” the couple has waited to pick a name. However, he said that they “have narrowed it down to probably three to five.”

While they weigh out the perfect name for their little one, the proud dad admits that their eldest child has been vocal about name suggestions for his baby sister. “Asher’s suggestion is ‘Little Dolly,’ and he is not straying away from that,” he told PEOPLE.

Booko said he asks his son daily about ideas on the unborn girl’s name, but Asher always tells him “No” unless it’s “Little Dolly,” which the parents say “might be a nickname.”

Nia explained that her fourth pregnancy has been completely different than her others.

“This pregnancy is really a pregnancy where I feel so at peace, because the first one was brand new, yeah, second one, we had a lot of ups and downs,” the model said. “We had really scary times with the twins, not knowing if they were going to make it or not.”

The Valley airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
