Rachel Brosnahan may have just referenced one of the most stylish women in television history, but she’s also proving herself as a fashionable force.
On the press tour for her upcoming film Superman—in which she plays Lois Lane, opposite David Corenswet as the titular role—the actor has had a chance to spotlight her personal style. So far, she’s embraced chic staples like strapless jumpsuits and matching two-piece sets, though her two most recent ensembles have her looking like your average city slicker.
In between interviews and press shoots, Brosnahan stepped out on Friday to grab a coffee in New York City. For the laidback occasion, she threw on a pair of cigarette-style blue jeans, as well as a classic black turtleneck. She cinched her look with a black leather belt, and elevated her ensemble further with a pair of brown crocodile leather boots.
Taking a cue from Bella Hadid’s off-duty looks, the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star slung a white Coach Soho bag over her shoulder, while she shielded her eyes with a silver pair of Celine’s Triomphe sunglasses. She capped off her outfit (quite literally) with a light beige baseball cap and a cup of coffee in each hand. A black scrunchie kept her long brown hair in a low ponytail.
Later in the day, Brosnahan made her way to the Today show, switching up her casual look in favor of a runway-ready one. Tapping into the preppy aesthetic, she changed into a butter-yellow quarter-zip sweater, pairing the piece with a navy skirt. She completed her Miu Miu-coded outfit with a pair of knee-high black boots, matching the footwear to her oval-shaped sunglasses and a small leather top-handle bag. A slicked-back ponytail brought her put-together look altogether.
